The Animal Emergency Fund, Inc. is a local organization in Ulster County, NY dedicated to the welfare of our community's cats and dogs. Our objective is to promote the health, safety and happiness of cats and dogs through projects such as low-cost spay/neuter and TRN programs for Ulster County Residents.
